With a touch of melancholy and not much enthusiasm, we got ready this morning to leave the wonderful campsite at Wombats Grove.

Unfortunately, it was still gray outside this morning. So we decided not to dawdle over breakfast and to get on the road.
When we woke up this morning, the sky was still gray and we could see light showers in the distance. Nevertheless, we had a full day planned.
Thankfully, the rain had stopped this morning. Unfortunately, it was still quite gray and chilly.
We had some good luck this morning. We quickly found a quiet, free parking spot close to my office. This allowed us to use the toilets and showers there. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperating. It looked like rain all day, and it did occasionally start drizzling.
Today we had a bit more on our agenda. First, we prepared the van for departure and drove the few hundred meters to Scenic World, as we had to leave the campsite by 10 AM.
We hadn't planned much for today, and this time everything actually went according to plan.
For today, there were actually only three things on my to-do list: 1. Apartment handover 2. Shopping 3. Drive comfortably to Katoomba
